Mammoplasty

Mammoplastia: Operations to change the size and/or shape of the chest. It is customary to divide the increasing mammoplasty (increase the use of endoprosthesis) and reduction (decrease).

Breast increase 3 size

Enlargement

An indication for the increase in mamoublasty is one: the patient's desire to find the desired forms. Breast expansion operations are carried out in three ways, depending on the type of access:

  • Axillar: A section of approximately 3 cm is made along the edge of the armpit
  • Submammary: A section of approximately 5 cm is made below the chest, after which a pocket is formed above or under the chest muscle where the implant is installed
  • Circumscribed access: the cut is done along the lower internal edge of the areola and, as a rule, occupies half of its circle

The implant installation method is selected depending on the patient's wishes, the condition of the mammary glands and other indications. Implants are used in the form of round and drop. The products are certified and safe.

How is the operation carried out?

  • Preliminary preparation: ultrasound of the mammary glands, consultation of a plastic surgeon, a test complex before surgery
  • Purpose of the date of the operation
  • The patient's examination for the doctor and the brand
  • Anesthesiologist and anesthesia consultation
  • Court and formation of implant pockets
  • PHOTO OF BREAST BEFORE AND AFTER SURGERY
  • Implant installation
  • Evaluation of the location of the implants
  • Correction (if necessary)
  • Cutting cuts with a cosmetic seam
  • Awakening, transfer to a hospital room

During the operation, it is also possible to carry out a breast stretch (mastopexia).

Reducing chest

The reduction and correction of the form of the breast are carried out when the outstanding forms cause discomfort to a woman: back pain, inflammation in a breast fold, inconveniences in everyday life and sports, difficulties in choosing underwear. Less frequently, endocrine disorders will become.

The operation is carried out by resection of glandular and adipose tissues. This is the first stage of the operation. The second is the elimination of skin skin, pulling the chest and giving it the necessary shape.

After operation

Rehabilitation after mammoplasty takes a couple of weeks to one and a half to two months. At this time, it is necessary to use special compression linen and it is recommended to abandon sports, attend bathrooms and saunas. The plastic surgeon examines the patient immediately after the operation, as well as the next day later. Give recommendations for the rehabilitation period. More control reception is assigned individually.
